Order Modification & Cancellation:
If your order has been confirmed but not yet shipped, you can contact customer service via email or online inbox to modify or cancel it.
Once the order enters the packaging and shipping stage, it cannot be canceled or changed. In such cases, the return process will apply.

Customization Service:
For customized bracelets (e.g., size adjustments), please contact customer service before placing your order. Custom orders take approximately 15–30 days to produce.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your product (e.g., size, color, style), you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process:

Step 2: Return/Exchange the Product
After confirmation, return the product within 5 business days and provide the shipment slip for tracking. Returns without prior consultation will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:

Products must be unworn and unused, with all original packaging and accessories included.
The order number or proof of purchase must be returned with the product.
If the returned product is damaged, repair fees may apply.
