Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your product (e.g., size, color, style), you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process:

Step 2: Return/Exchange the Product
After confirmation, return the product within 5 business days and provide the shipment slip for tracking. Returns without prior consultation will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:

Products must be unworn and unused, with all original packaging and accessories included.
The order number or proof of purchase must be returned with the product.
If the returned product is damaged, repair fees may apply.
