Step 2: Return/Exchange the Product
After confirmation, return the product within 5 business days and provide the shipment slip for tracking. Returns without prior consultation will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
Products must be unworn and unused, with all original packaging and accessories included.
The order number or proof of purchase must be returned with the product.
If the returned product is damaged, repair fees may apply.
Non-Returnable Items:

Refund Process:
